A global leader in auxiliary equipment and systems for plastics processors, announced today that industry marketing leader Dori Raybuck has rejoined the company as Vice President of Marketing, returning to Conair after more than two decades previously with the organization and more than three decades in the plastics processing industry.

Raybuck has more than 30 years of experience in plastics processing and industrial B2B marketing, including over 20 years in marketing leadership roles at Conair earlier in her career. She has remained active in the industry through her consulting firm, Connected MarCom, where she advised leading plastics equipment manufacturers on brand strategy, demand generation, and integrated marketing programs.

In her new role, Raybuck will lead Conair’s global marketing strategy, including brand development, product marketing, digital marketing, trade show strategy, and customer engagement initiatives across the company’s broad portfolio of plastics auxiliary equipment and systems.

Raybuck will report to Jon Lashley, Chief Operating Officer of Piovan Group North America (PGNA). “Dori’s return to Conair is incredibly exciting for our organization,” said Jon Lashley. “She combines deep industry knowledge with strategic marketing leadership and a strong understanding of our customers and culture. We are thrilled to welcome her back and confident she will play a vital role in strengthening the Conair brand and supporting our continued growth.”

Raybuck said returning to Conair represents both a professional milestone and a natural next step in her career.
“Conair has long been recognized for engineering excellence, innovation, and strong customer partnerships,” Raybuck said. “I’m excited to rejoin the team and help build on that foundation by strengthening the brand, supporting product innovation, and ensuring customers clearly see the value Conair brings to their operations every day.”

“Dori understands Conair, our customers, and the plastics industry,” said John Erkert, President of Conair and CEO of Piovan Group North America (PGNA). “Her experience, leadership, and passion for this industry make her the right person to lead marketing as we continue to expand Conair’s role as a trusted partner to plastics processors worldwide.”

Raybuck will focus on advancing integrated marketing programs, strengthening Conair’s digital presence, supporting product launches, and developing initiatives that help plastics processors maximize performance, efficiency, and reliability in their operations.

Raybuck has more than 30 years of experience in plastics processing and industrial marketing and is widely recognized throughout the industry for her expertise in technical marketing, brand strategy, and customer-focused communications.
